Lisa Darnell was born in London, England. She started training at Bodywork Dance Company in Cambridge at the age of 16.
She was part of the company of "Satuday Night Fever", "We Will Rock You", "Aladdin" and "Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs", in which she also was Choreography assistant.
